•Born in Damascus in 1959, married with two children, holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita University in the USA.

•Member of the Negotiation Commission for the Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces.

•President of the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces.

•Chief negotiator of the Coalition in Geneva talks.

•Served as Executive Director of “Irfan and Baqdo” hospitals in Jeddah between 1983 and 1987. After that, he contributed to establishing a company specializing in computer software, 3D film production, and computer games in the free zone in Damascus, serving as its Executive Director.

•Established the first educational entertainment exhibition in Syria in 2004 and served as Executive Director of Techno Media Limited in Jeddah until the end of 2012.

•Appointed by the Syrian Negotiation Commission on 09/10/2019 to chair the Constitutional Committee for the Revolution and Opposition Forces, serving as a co-chair from their side for the “Constitutional Committee” in its meeting held at its headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
