Ibrahim Biro
- Born in Aleppo in 1965.
- Completed secondary education in the city of Amuda, Al-Hasakah Governorate.
- Graduated from the Intermediate Engineering Institute in Aleppo.
- Worked as an employee at the Railway Corporation in Qamishli.
- Arrested multiple times between 1993 and 2012 due to political activities.
- Served as Secretary of the Kurdistan Yekiti Party from 2013 to 2018.
- President of the Kurdish National Council from 2015 to 2017.
- Currently a member of the Political Committee of the Kurdistan Yekiti Party – Syria.
- Member of the Relations Committee of the Kurdish National Council.
- Member of the Syrian Negotiation Commission since 2014, participated in Geneva II in 2017, and the Riyadh II Conference, continuing to the present day.
