The SNC – Geneva Office (SNCGO) is seeking to contract a company to provide Project and Administrative Support services on a consultancy basis

The Syrian Negotiation Commission – Geneva Office (SNCGO) is seeking to contract a company to provide Project and Administrative Support services on a consultancy basis. The selected company will support the efforts of the SNCGO by carrying out the following tasks:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the SNCGO and SNC delegations.
- Undertake political analysis and provide support to policy development.
- Provide all-round support as needed to the SNCGO´s administrative and project work.
- Support the SNCGO and SNC President maintaining correspondence with diplomatic missions, interlocutors, and International Organizations.
- Provide Interpretation and translation support, to the SNC Geneva Office and SNC delegations in Geneva and other countries as needed.
- Provide support in drafting policies, concept notes, proposal, and official papers of the SNC Geneva Office, as required.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management, including minute-taking.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems, and other tasks, as required.
- Support the SNCGO with other tasks when needs emerge, upon mutual agreement.

We are kindly asking to submit the company profile, financial offer for 80 days for the period from 16.04.2024 – 31.12.2024, in addition to the CV of the proposed consultant to be assigned for this scope of work, by replying to this email with the same list of distribution.
Please make sure that documents are in English and the financial offer in EUR (See ToR). The two documents should be separate and in PDF.
Kindly note that the company profile and the CV will be technically evaluated, and it should include the following information:
- name, title, education, and professional training,
- professional experience showing length of employment, countries of assignment, positions held, projects and programs and responsibilities and management experience,
- special knowledge, language skills showing fluency.
